The Tip Top building is located north of downtown in the new "NoDo" area of Omaha that is currently being re-built and eventually
the new home for the CWS Baseball Stadium. Many people may remember the building as the old Ford Model T factory. Eventually,
the building became home to the Tip Top Manufacturing Plant where the "bobby pin" and the "pink hair curler" were two of the
main items being produced. Now, the building has been renovated into modern condos for rent and added a convention center
with over 10,000 sq. feet of ballroom space.

The Grand Ballroom is perfect for large events such as wedding receptions and fundraisers/socials. Your guests enter
in at the Grand Foyer area which is ideal for pre-dinner activities such as cocktails and hors d'oeuvres or even enough space
to show off the silent auction items for your fundraiser. Adjoining the foyer is the Grand Ballroom which can be divided into
3 areas or one large space. In addition to the Grand Ballroom, there is a separate Junior Ballroom for smaller groups as well
as a private Executive Board Room.
The TipTop Downtown Ballrooms are exclusively managed and operated by Brandeis Catering. Rental of the facility includes
all tables, chairs, linen tablecloths, linen napkins, china, glassware and flatware for your event. We even include basic
centerpieces of round mirror tiles with 3 votive candles as well as complete table set-up, service staff and clean up of the
ballrooms. Brandeis Catering offers a wide variety of menus to choose from as well as full-service beverage/bar options. Please
